Just loved how they forgot to provide slippers, rusty fridge, no mini-bar, and dirty windows. Also, such amazing meal hours, I always felt rushed.

The staff were really helpful and the location was stunning. The room was beautifully maintained plus it had a nice balcony and TV set.

the venue is fairly clean and big with extremely friendly and excellent staff members. the sea view and spotless and cheap room. plenty of fab options for meal. particularly good and beautiful location within a close distance from bulgarien goldstrand. really nice stay for a nice vacation, no complaints whatsoever.

The location was great, with a pleasant walk to the beach through bustling shops and discos. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Enjoyed the nice renovated rooms and the spaciousness of our accommodations. The view from the 9th floor was beautiful. The receptionist was patient and provided us with all the details of our stay. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. We appreciated the modern features like the do not disturb/clean my room system and the ringing bell. The main elevator had a window wall which offered a nice view. We liked that there were themed food nights, including traditional and seafood options. The hotel had a park area with several gazebos where we could relax.

Disliked the lack of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel. The rooms were old and poorly kept, with dirty bedsheets and pillows.

It has lovely location and paid parking, and it's close enough to shops, restaurants and games to play, the grand canyon and nature.

We got great value for our money at Havana Hotel in Golden Sands. The room was surprisingly spacious with a huge and comfortable bed. The location was good, with a nice road to the beach filled with shops and discos. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more options for pancakes and omelettes cooked in front of us.

Spent Christmas at a hotel near the beach and it was awesome! The staff was very friendly, and the room was always clean. We had a huge bed, and the view from our room was stunning. Loved the pools and the fact that there were two supermarkets nearby for any last-minute purchases. The hotel was just far enough from the busy center, but close enough to the beach. The best thing about our stay was the food, there was always a great selection, and the desserts were delicious!

Although the hotel had some amenities for disabled guests, it was not very accessible for people with limited mobility due to high kerbs with no ramps. some of the food was not as fresh as expected, and certain dishes were very cold.

Stayed here for Christmas and enjoyed my time. The room was cozy and clean, with a great view. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of food and the location of the hotel was perfect, close to the beach and shops.

The walls are thin and you can hear noise from other rooms and the hallways. The dinner options were limited and some dishes lacked flavor.

It took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, but it was worth it for the peaceful atmosphere. The staff was helpful and polite, making my stay even better.
